Our Standard
This site is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for state and local government websites under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Pages are built with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for images, and color contrast that meets or exceeds AA requirements.
Archived and Third-Party Content
Course materials from past semesters are kept in clearly marked archive pages for reference only and are not updated. Some older documents (PDF, Word, and PowerPoint files), linked publications hosted by journals, and embedded third-party content such as YouTube may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
